SENIOR DESIGNER – ATLANTAWe are Iris and we are for the forward. We build participation brands.As a Senior Designer at Iris, you will join a talented team of creatives based in Atlanta and New York. You’ll be tasked with creating award-winning, innovative campaigns that drive brands forward. Curiosity and hunger for innovative thinking is a given. This role isn’t for those who think “me” before “we.”As a Senior Designer at Iris, you’ll be full of creative energy and responsible for design thought leadership and introducing the latest ideas and trends into the agency. You’ll be actively involved in our most prominent projects (sports and automotive experience a bonus) as well as nurturing junior designers up the ranks. You’ll work closely with Creative Directors and Creative teams to bring a conceptual campaigns to life, creating high-profile award winning work that makes our clients rich and famous.Desired Skills and Experience

7 years at an advertising/marketing agency, design studio, internal marketing department, or other relevant business
BA or BS in art, graphic design or other relevant field (or comparable experience from internships, portfolio school, or past work)
A portfolio that demonstrates you know what a good idea looks like—and you can successfully execute across traditional and digital platforms
Well-rounded experience that includes some or all of the following: complex layouts (publication, reports), digital/UX design (email, web), motion (video, ads), print (ads, experiential), illustration, identity/branding, and presentation
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment
Proficiency on Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (since that’s how you’ll get copy, background info, briefs, etc.), and project management software; we work on Mac
Experience working in animation, motion graphics and editing would be a huge bonus
Self-motivated, decisive and doesn’t mind diving into the deep end (with a pair of swimmies, of course)
